UK – The Equality and Human Rights Commission, England’s national human rights institution in 2011 published a report into human rights in home care , one of the few resources available on this topic.
UK – In 2022, Professor Lorna McGregor and Neil Crowther published a report into digital technologies for older people at home called ‘A digital cage is still a cage‘. The research was part of the ECHR funded Human Rights, Big Data and Technology Project based at the University of Essex.
